User features:

  • Sending a complete Confluence page by mail

  • Send to mail recipients via To, CC or BCC

  • Set recipients by searching1 for Confluence users or by entering mail addresses

  • Attach all attachments of the Confluence Page to the mail

  • Add an individual note for the recipients in the beginning of the mail

  • Set an individual mail subject or use the Confluence page title as default

Admin features (Mail Page admin settings)

  • Use your own mail server for sending mails

  • Define sender name, sender address and a prefix in the mail subject globally
