Mail Page Audit Log
Confluence provides a system wide audit logging, You can find this log report in the Confluence Administration under “Administration” → “Audit log”. All configuration changes and all pages which are sent as E-Mail through the Mail Page & Newsletter app will be logged with details about the event:
This example displays an event where a user sent an E-Mail through our app. The logging provide all key information such as:
Author of the sending event
Timestamp when this event happened
Affected Objects in this case the page and page name which was sent as E-Mail
