First Steps Guide for Administrators

The following mini-guide is a simple “get me up to speed” understanding how the app and configuration works. We do not tackle the multiple general configuration options. These are described in the Administration Guide we recommend to read carefully.

This is a short and precise step by step guide to get you up to speed for your first app usage:

  1. Read the Administration Guide & the User Guide

  2. Navigate to a Space and select “Confluence Space Settings” → “Integrations” section → “Metadata Macro Settings”

  3. Define the values for the two fields “Status” and “Scope of Application” → each value needs to be in a separate line

  4. Choose a page and edit the page by including a metadata macro on it

  5. Stay in the page edit mode and click on the macro

  6. Select the pen (edit) icon on the pop up displayed from the macro to edit the macro

  7. Choose your desired configuration and values for the manual fields and click on save
